Hokodo, founded in 2008, delivers B2B insurance solutions through developer-friendly APIs. Hokodo is at Series B funding round and raised $40million. Hokodo offers merchants the possibility to offer instant payment terms to their customers and have been described as the Klarna of B2B.
Hokodo had aggressive growth ambitions after raising 40 million in funding, to further invest in its technology and scale the payments solution across Europe.
They required hiring at scale, to double their team quickly and then expand by 100% in the next year.
External support was required to deliver on multiple roles, as the business grew rapidly and help develop the overall hiring strategy.

Saving a pretty impressive 211k + for Hokodo (compared to traditional agency recruiting costs!)
