Troi needed to support the existing HR function and work collaboratively to ensure continued hiring and increased retention rates were ingrained within the business for future growth.

A Troi team was embedded within PerchPeek, initially taking stock of existing HR functions, the growth strategy and implementing the new end-to-end process.

Then the magic happened…Hiring for both GTM and tech roles, including React Native Developers, Manual and Automation Testers, and PHP Developers, Troi surpassed initial targets set, reducing both recruitment costs (compared to traditional agency spend) and time to hire. Effective communication channels were developed between hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure effective and speedy hiring would continue to take place.
