PerchPeek was founded in 2018 with the mission to make relocation more accessible and less time consuming, by placing technology at the forefront of the process.
PerchPeek needed to scale both their Tech and GTM functions, increase their geographical reach and continue the development of their product to ensure they remained competitive.
Following the pandemic, as the remote world of working opened up, flexible working and relocating came to the forefront of employees’ decision making when looking at career choices.
PerchPeek needed to ensure they had the right team on board to assist those wishing to relocate and drive the business forward.
Hire specialist talent within Tech and GTM partnering with Troi to provide additional hiring resources by understanding existing challenges, and ways to improve. Troi needed to support the existing HR function and work collaboratively to ensure continued hiring and increased retention rates were ingrained within the business for future growth.
A Troi team was embedded within PerchPeek, initially taking stock of existing HR functions, the growth strategy and implementing the new end-to-end process.
Then the magic happened…Hiring for both GTM and tech roles, including React Native Developers, Manual and Automation Testers, and PHP Developers, Troi surpassed initial targets set, reducing both recruitment costs (compared to traditional agency spend) and time to hire. Effective communication channels were developed between hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure effective and speedy hiring would continue to take place.
