OMS were on a rapid growth trajectory and required hiring across multiple functions to build out the existing teams to be able to continue to hit their growth targets.
A particular hiring focus was on the Development, VR and QA teams with a requirement to ensure the teams were built out ensuring the OMS culture was embedded with team fit being critical to OMS.
