Moody’s, established in 2015, had a vision to digitally transform the way compliance professionals work, breaking the compromise between compliance and customer experience in the fight against financial crime.
Moody’s had aggressive growth ambitions after recognising a gap in the software and compliance market. With no previous recruitment function, they needed to hire quickly but didn’t have the time or resources to facilitate this in-house.
